Aprendi que a distância é relativa quando as pessoas que amamos estão próximas ao nosso coração. O tempo não pode apagar o que a vida desenhou.
Família e verdadeiros amigos são indispensáveis. Eles ajudam a moldar o caráter quando existe um atrito e deixam o dia mais colorido quando tudo parece nublado.
Fazer exercícios e ter uma boa alimentação é fundamental para uma vida saudável mas ninguém poderá fazer por você.
A vida nem sempre oferece os frutos mais doces então procuro viver de acordo com cada estação pois não preciso esperar algo acontecer para começar a ser feliz. Meu momento é agora e não posso deixar ele passar. Com isso, aproveito para ler um bom livro, ir ao cinema independente de compania, experimentar novos sabores e conhecer outras culturas. Gastar tempo com família e amigos e também debaixo das cobertas, deitada no meu sofá. Valorizar cada momento!
Trabalho buscando fazer o meu melhor, horando aos que estão a minha volta. Mas o meu melhor nem sempre anda de acordo com o meu dia, ou seja, tenho que melhorar sempre.
Amar ao próximo é fundamental se quisermos fazer a diferença no mundo em que vivemos. Eu sei, que devo ser menos critica e mais compreensiva. Eu não tenho todas as respostas muito menos conheço toda a verdade.

Diet and exercise are fundamental for a healthy life but nobody will be able to do it for you.
Life does not always offer the sweetest fruits but I am going to live according to each season, therefore, I do not need to expect something to happen in order to start being happy. My moment is now and I can’t let it pass. So, I invest my time reading a good book, going out for a movie, regardless if I have company or not; trying new flavors and learning about other cultures. Spending time with family and friends but also under the blankets, having a nice nap on my couch. Value each moment!

Loving our neighbor is fundamental if we want to make the difference in the world that we live in. I know that I should criticize less and be more understanding. I do not have all the answers and much less do I know all the truth.
I have done things I did not want to do and in the same way there have been things that I wanted to do but did not. What I want is not always what is best for me. And this is why I always need God. He alone is the wise Counselor, the true example of what a real best friend is!
